Colour Escape is a block puzzle game provided by Shri Ji App Studio, Android package com.shrijiappstudio.colourescape. This policy covers version 1.1 and the earlier version 1.0.
Earlier offline release
Version 1.0 has no internet permission or advertising, analytics, tracking or crash-reporting SDKs. It does not transmit personal information. The advertising practices below apply to version 1.1 and later releases using these services.
Game information on your device
No account is required. Level progress, the current puzzle, moves, remaining time, freeze time, hint balance, wins, sound preferences and advertising schedule are saved locally on your device. We do not operate a server for this information, and do not receive your puzzle progress.
Advertising in version 1.1
The app uses Google AdMob, Google User Messaging Platform and Meta Audience Network through AdMob mediation. Ads may include an app-start ad, banners, interstitials at level breaks and optional rewarded ads. Rewarded ads can grant 20 extra seconds, five hints or a 60-second timer freeze when the advertising SDK confirms the reward. Advertising requires an internet connection; puzzles can be played without one.
Information processed by advertising services
Google and Meta advertising services may collect and share device or advertising identifiers, IP address and approximate location derived from it, device and network information, app/ad interactions and diagnostic or performance information. This supports ad delivery, advertising measurement, personalisation where permitted, service functionality, security and fraud prevention. The app does not request precise or approximate device-location permission. No name, email address, contacts, photos, camera or microphone access is requested for gameplay.
See Google Privacy Policy, Google advertising information and Meta Privacy Policy for their processing, retention and available rights. Data is transmitted by the advertising services using their network connections; their applicable policies govern their retention and deletion practices.
Choices and consent
Where required, a consent message is shown before advertising requests are permitted. When available, use Ad privacy choices on the home screen to review your advertising consent. You can also manage or delete your advertising identifier through Android privacy settings. Rewarded ads are optional. If an ad is unavailable or you do not earn its reward, the bonus is not granted; you can retry a level without viewing a rewarded ad. There are no in-app purchases.
Retention and deletion
Clear the app's storage in Android Settings or uninstall the app to remove local game information. We cannot restore deleted progress. For information held by advertising providers, use the privacy controls and contact details in their policies. Contacting support by email shares the information you choose to include; we use it to respond to your request.
Children’s privacy
The game has no account system, chat, social features or user uploads. We do not knowingly request personal information from children. Advertising providers process information as described above. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and address it.
This policy website
This page is hosted separately from the app. The hosting provider may process normal technical connection information, such as IP addresses, to serve and protect the page. It contains no advertising, analytics scripts, tracking pixels or external fonts. Visiting this page does not transmit your game progress.
